Looking For Company Nurse in ALBADDAD Capital Dubai, UAECompany - ALBADDAD CapitalRequired Experience - Working experience as a company or a regular nurse.Designation: Company NurseIndustry Type: Medical/ Hospital/ HealthcareJob Period: Full TimeResponsibilities:Providing immediate medical assistance and first aid treatment to employees who are injured or become ill on the job site.Collaborating with external healthcare professionals to facilitate specialized care for employees when needed.Identifying potential hazards and risks in the workplace and implementing measures to prevent injuries and accidents, which may involve conducting safety inspections, recommending safety improvements, and collaborating with safety professionals to develop risk mitigation strategies.Administer over-the-counter medication to employees.Create a clean and comfortable sickbay area.Promote healthy eating and wellness programs.Document all employee injury and illness and keep this information confidential.Improve the health of employees through ongoing programs and health checks.Develop strategies to ensure maximum employee work input.Communicate with management on a regular basis.Maintain and update employee health records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Requirements:Knowledge of emergency procedures, first aid, CPR, and emergency equipment.Ability to work independently.Prior experience in manufacturing/construction industry is preferred.
