Oraan is seeking a talented Graphic Designer with at least 3 years of experience to bring our brand to life across digital, print, and experiential platforms. If you thrive on turning complex ideas into compelling visuals and have a knack for designing impactful creatives for the full customer journey, we want you on our team!Conceptualise and Implement: Lead in conceptualising and translating complex ideas into compelling visual designs across a diverse range of media, including digital banners, motion ads, out-of-home (OOH) placements like billboards and print, social media, web, broadcast, and experiential.Brand Development: Work closely with the team to ensure cohesive and consistent brand representation across all touchpoints on and off digital, while also pushing creative boundaries to evolve the brand identity.Full-Funnel Design Expertise: Create immersive creatives for each stage of the customer journey in collaboration with the Marketing team, with an understanding of the requirements for top-of-funnel brand awareness to bottom-of-funnel conversion assets.Digital Asset Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper creation, organization, and optimization of digital assets, maintaining brand integrity across all channels and platforms.Campaign Execution: Manage and execute designs from start to finish, ensuring that final outputs meet brand guidelines and quality standards for high-profile campaigns.Cross-Platform Adaptation: Tailor designs for various platforms, ensuring they resonate effectively with the target audience across digital, print, and experiential spaces.Qualifications:3+ years of branding agency experience with a strong portfolio showcasing work across multiple platforms and mediums.Expertise in digital and traditional media: Proven experience designing for apps, social media organic contents & ads, OOH assets, website and experiential graphics.Ability to generate stellar creative concepts and translate them into effective, visually captivating designs.Proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma.Proficient in making use of AI for faster image generation using prompt engineering, enhancing assets, and creating adapts.Deep understanding of the full design funnel, including brand awareness, consideration, and conversion stages, with an ability to create assets tailored to each stage.Knowledge of digital asset management systems and best practices for asset organisation and maintenance.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
