• looking for Proactive, self-motivated and mature person• Should have experience in handling channel sales (selling products to system integrator)• Should have identify reseller/partner in KSA market.• Should have experience in Biometric and identification solutions, CCTV and Video Analytics, Intelligent Physical Security Systems, Integrated Solutions with high Complexity, Networking, RFID solution, Structured Cabling, Data Centres Preparations, ICT Solutions as a Service.• Should have a good understanding of the Saudi market and should have good relationships and connects that he/she can bring to bear.• Meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals & closures.• Build up business partner channel by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding VAR (Value Added Resellers) & partners.• Manage the day-to-day relationship with channel partners and system integrators.• Execute end-to-end sales process within assigned territory to achieve volume and profit objectives in line with business strategy.• Cultivate strong relationships with third party and partner companies from the industry ecosystem that may be required to deliver full solutions to customers.• Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects.• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.• Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with Partners/ System Integrators & VAR (Value Added Resellers)• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.• Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.How to Apply for this PositionWhile a career in business consulting comes with many benefits, it also involves challenges, such as dealing with client expectations, tight deadlines, and continuous adaptation to new industries and technologies.
