Architectural Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Architectural Designer to lead the design and planning of architectural projects for our clients. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, develop innovative design solutions, and create detailed drawings and specifications. They will also oversee construction processes to ensure the final product aligns with design standards and regulations. Familiarity with MEP regulations and the ability to coordinate with the MEP team are essential for this role.• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and translate them into creative architectural designs.• Develop detailed drawings, renderings, and specifications using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.• Coordinate and integrate architectural designs with MEP teams to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.• Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations in Doha.• Oversee construction processes to maintain design integrity and quality standards.• Create and review construction documentation and detailing to ensure accuracy and functionality.• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.• Work collaboratively with clients, engineers, and contractors to deliver successful projects.• Incorporate sustainable design principles into architectural solutions.• Monitor and manage project budgets effectively.Skills• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.• Proven experience as an Architectural Designer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design principles.• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.• Ability to conceptualize and develop innovative design solutions.• Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software.• Familiarity with construction documentation and detailing.• Knowledge of budgeting and cost management.• Ability to handle complex design challenges and propose innovative solutions.• Experience in leading architectural projects across various sectors.• MMUP/UPDA Grade A certification is mandatory.
