Solicitor – Family and Civil/Commercial Litigation | Inverness (main office) with flexibility to work from any of the company's offices | Full Time, Standard office hours are 9:00-17:00, Monday to Friday, with options for hybrid or remote working | £40,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience) Our client is seeking a qualified Solicitor with experience in Family and/or Civil & Commercial Litigation with additional knowledge in Employment Law. To thrive in this role, you will be proactive, organised, and have excellent attention to detail. As an adaptable communicator, you will build rapport effectively with both clients and colleagues. Your friendly, approachable demeanour and ambition to drive the department forward are essential. Familiarity with handling both paper and electronic files is required. - Experience in Family and/or Civil & Commercial Litigation
- Knowledge of Employment Law (advantageous but not essential)
- Strong research, written, and oral communication skills
- Proactive and able to prioritise competing responsibilities effectively
- Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and a collaborative team player
- Focus on Family and Civil/Commercial Litigation
- Undertake a varied caseload
- Work alongside experienced colleagues from junior to senior levels
