Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack)

About the Role ( No Agencies - only direct applications ) As a Senior Software Engineer (Full-Stack) at our seed-stage AI startup based in Old Street, London, you will:

• End-to-End Development: Architect and develop comprehensive solutions for our AI applications, guiding projects from proof-of-concept through to production.
• Frontend Excellence: Create responsive and intuitive front-end experiences that enhance user interaction and satisfaction.
• Backend Excellence: Develop and maintain robust backend systems, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• AI Integration: Utilize and master AI platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc., to build and optimize intelligent features.
• Prototype Building: Rapidly develop prototypes to test and iterate on new ideas, ensuring swift progression from concept to viable product.
• Product Collaboration: Work closely with the team on product strategy, UX design, and integrating machine learning models.

• Educational Background:
• A degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 3+ years of software engineering experience working on complex systems.
• At least 1 year of experience working with AI applications in a startup or leading tech company.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Python for backend development.
• Solid expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React for frontend development.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate and optimize LLMs within applications.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical team members.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment where things are sometimes loosely defined.
