The Data Architecture team, led by an experienced Head of Data Architecture, focuses on data modelling, strategy, and metadata management, with over 300 professionals working across various data roles to deliver innovative solutions to clients. Role Overview: They are seeking a skilled Data Modeller to join their growing team. This role will involve data modelling (both relational and dimensional), ETL, metadata management, and working with semi-structured data formats. The position requires strong experience in financial services and a background in consulting. Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing relational and dimensional models.
- Overseeing ETL processing, design, and metadata management.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth delivery of data solutions for clients.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and contribute to the growth of data projects.
- Support the development of best practices and methodologies for data modelling and integration.
- Proven experience in designing relational and dimensional data models.
- Strong skills in ETL processing and metadata management.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift).
- Experience in business development practices.
- Experience in financial services or capital markets is a plus.
