Location : Hybrid (Dubai UAE mix of inoffice and remote) Salary :AED per month About the Role Were looking for a talented and versatile Digital Marketing Manager to drive growth through lead generation funnel optimization and databacked strategies. In this hybrid role youll work both remotely and in our Dubai office giving you the perfect mix of flexibility and inperson collaboration. As a key player on our team youll take charge of building maintaining and optimizing sales funnels managing paid and organic campaigns and ensuring every digital touchpoint is primed for performance. Your analytical skills and creative energy will have a direct impact on our growth. Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute digital sales funnels to generate leads and increase conversions.
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Facebook LinkedIn).
- Create highperforming landing pages to drive lead generation and boost sales.
- Improve conversion rates through A/B testing and multivariant experimentation.
- Audit and update website content to improve SEO and user experience.
- Analyse data and act on growth opportunities using analytics and performance tools.
- Develop and manage email automation to nurture leads and drive engagement.
- Experience building and optimizing sales funnels.
- A track record of generating costeffective leads with measurable ROI.
- Skills in SEO landing page creation and email automation.
- Strong knowledge of paid traffic platforms (Google Facebook LinkedIn).
- An analytical mindset and passion for testing optimization and iteration.
- Experience with customer profiling and segmentation strategies.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and performance analytics tools.
