As part of a fast-paced startup, this role is about building and maintaining a large scale data and compute cloud infrastructure that powers our SaaS platform. About the Role As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining Kosli's infrastructure, ensuring our platform's reliability, and developing solutions for both cloud and on-premise deployments. This role combines infrastructure management, data, observability, and platform development to deliver a robust, secure and scalable service. As Kosli continues to grow, so does our data and cloud infrastructure. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and evolve Kosli's cloud infrastructure using Terraform and AWS
- Lead security implementation and compliance checks across our infrastructure
- Own and improve our monitoring and observability stack, ensuring it delivers actionable insights
- Take ownership of build and deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions
- Lead the development of our on-premise solution for customers
- Develop and maintain shared infrastructure components for customers including:
- Terraform modules
- Shared GitHub Actions and GitLab Pipelines
- Experience operating large scale data platforms
- Deep expertise with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and AWS cloud platform
- Experience building and maintaining monitoring/observability stacks
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, especially GitHub Actions and GitLab
- A track record of improving system reliability and deployment processes
- Familiarity with Python, Go and shell scripting
- Passion for quality infrastructure code and modern SRE practices
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate in a distributed team
- Enthusiasm for being an early user of tools you help build
