Corporate Solicitor – Remote Working My client, an established law firm with a growing corporate department is seeking a qualified Corporate Solicitor to take on an existing caseload in a fully remote working position. Your role will involve:
- Dealing with share and asset disposal and acquisitions
- Shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, partnership and LLP agreements
- Corporate finance
- Being active in relationship building with existing clients and referrers
- 100% remote working – with regular face to face team meetings
- Great market rate salary

- To be a Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
- At least 2 years' experience practicing corporate and commercial law
- To be able to work autonomously with limited supervision
