Lead Salesforce Developer Job Title: Lead Salesforce Developer Salary: Up to £75K-79K per annum + bonus Location: Manchester - Hybrid Are you a Lead Salesforce Developer looking for a change? Maxwell Bond have partnered with a Business Services Company who are looking for someone to take the lead on multiple Salesforce projects and support juniors in the team. What you'll be doing:
- Being hands on and taking the lead of multiple projects. Working on anything from migrations, adding new features and implementation projects.
- Support and mentor a team of Junior Developers.
- 25–28 days annually + birthday off.
- 24/7 GP access, mental health support, fitness programs.

- Proven experience being hands on and leading migration and implementation projects.
- A Salesforce background, having experience with APEX and Omni-Studio.
- Mentored and overseen developers in the team.
