We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join a dynamic team contributing to a high-impact government project. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in React and Node.js, with expertise in AWS services and experience working on component libraries to deliver scalable and maintainable digital solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust, user-friendly web applications using React for the front end and Node.js for the back end.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to build and enhance reusable component libraries for scalable digital services.
  • Implement cloud-based solutions on AWS, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high-quality software standards.
  • Work within an Agile team environment, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Requirements: Essential -
  • Strong proficiency in React.js and Node.js, with a proven track record of building modern web applications.
  • Experience with AWS cloud services, including Lambda, S3, EC2, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with developing and maintaining component libraries to ensure design consistency and reusability.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Desirable -
  • Experience working on government or public sector projects.
  • Security clearance (SC) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and government design systems.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript and modern testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
