We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join a dynamic team contributing to a high-impact government project. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in React and Node.js, with expertise in AWS services and experience working on component libraries to deliver scalable and maintainable digital solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust, user-friendly web applications using React for the front end and Node.js for the back end.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to build and enhance reusable component libraries for scalable digital services.
- Implement cloud-based solutions on AWS, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high-quality software standards.
- Work within an Agile team environment, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong proficiency in React.js and Node.js, with a proven track record of building modern web applications.
- Experience with AWS cloud services, including Lambda, S3, EC2, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with developing and maintaining component libraries to ensure design consistency and reusability.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Experience working on government or public sector projects.
- Security clearance (SC) is a plus.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and government design systems.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and modern testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
