This role offers the opportunity to join a global, leading multi strategy investment fund. Their multi-strategy approach spans global macro, fixed income, equities and relative value. We're seeking a skilled application support engineer with strong equities knowledge to join the business and aid in building a centralised support function. While you'll primarily be supporting equities the role will expand to cover every other trading platform or system. Responsibilities:
- Provide local support for traders on the trading floor or remotely.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams (Risk, Compliance, Traders and Technology).
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Prior experience supporting in a front office trading environment.
- Experience with Python or Linux is a plus.
