Elevation Recruitment Group are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract basis to lead the integration of two companies into a seamless, unified operation. This is a pivotal role for one of our key clients that involves collaborating with key stakeholders to drive success in combining workflows, processes, teams, and technologies. Contract type: 12 month Fixed-Term Salary : £70,000 - £80,000 + benefits Location : Travel between Hull/London/Kent with some hybrid working Key Responsibilities

  • Recommend and embed suitable methodologies, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Maintain focus on the overarching integration goals, ensuring smooth transitions in workflows, teams, and systems.
  • Lead and participate in meetings, gather updates, and keep stakeholders engaged with progress.
  • Utilise sprint planning or similar methods to organize and deliver results efficiently.
  • Ensure the project management platform is updated in real-time, providing visibility into progress and risks.
  • Advise stakeholders on the potential impacts of project changes and proactively manage challenges.
  • Create clear, top-line reports and maintain comprehensive records to track integration progress.
  • Guide the team on project management techniques and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in business integration, M&A and cultural change initiatives.
  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in various project management approaches (Agile, Sprint, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to embed project management methodologies into organisations.
  • A talent for motivating and encouraging others while navigating change.
  • IT proficiency and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Project management qualifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
  • Experience leading cross-functional project teams in dynamic environments.
  • Ability to challenge constructively and drive accountability.
