BestStart Wooing Tree in Cromwell is seeking a passionate and dedicated Centre Manager to help open our new centre in March 2025! We welcome applicants to take the next step in their leadership journey and to play a key role in building relationships with our new children and families! Be part of a new centre from the ground-up; from setting up the learning environment to developing the team values and philosophy. You’ll be working with fantastic new resources in this clean, sunny and modern space. The centre will provide quality education and care for children aged between 3 months to 5 years old. Our indoor spaces are built to support the learning and development of every age group – Infants, Toddlers and Preschoolers. Each room will be equipped with high quality, focused resources designed to spark curious minds. We'll have a fantastic outdoor area where children can challenge themselves on the playground equipment while building their independence and self-confidence. Why choose us? - Strong understanding of child-led curriculum, pedagogy and curriculum
- Demonstrate good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki and hold compliance in a high regard
- A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi through pedagogical practices
