About the Role The Associate Charge Nurse Manager (ACNM) is essential in creating partnerships with Māori across all levels, including tāngata whaiora, whānau, Māori staff, and the Kaitakawaenga team, and supporting our non-Māori staff to work together in reducing inequity. About the Team Ward 36 is a 10-bedded acute admission unit with an adjacent intensive care area consisting of 2 beds and is situated within the Henry Rongomau Bennett Centre.
