Cross Border, Officer

Warehousing, Storage & Distribution (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

1. Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to arrange transportation logistics.
2. Arrange and confirm transport bookings within the expected key performance period.
3. Update shipment status to ensure traceability and provide regular reports.
4. Maintain and retain records of all department-related activities in accordance with company policies.
5. Ensure the completeness and accuracy of all documentation required for transportation and customs clearance.
6. Provide necessary information and documentation for processing payments, invoicing, and billing.
7. Timely provision of supporting documents for invoice payments and billing.
8. Accurately label outbound shipments with their respective destinations.
9. Receive and verify the quantity and condition of inbound shipments.
10. Verify and process outbound shipments to internal or external partners.
11. To be informed of status of payments to our external partners for their services.
12. To be informed of account status of our customers.
13. Compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
14. Compliance with organization's Emergency Procedure.
15. Compliance with legal and other environmental requirements.
16. To not cause unacceptable pollution to the environment.

Requirement:

1. Minimum degree qualification or diploma with 1-year experience in relevant field.
2. Communication skill to convey complex information clearly and concisely to stakeholders, both internal and external.
3. Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
4. Understanding of regulatory requirements and a commitment to ensuring compliance in operations.
5. Basic application of Microsoft Office software.
6. Able to communicate and write in English.
7. Relevant operation specific training for industry regulations, standards and best practices.
