Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs and build effective hiring strategies.
- Lead efforts to source, attract, and retain top-tier talent in competitive markets.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including networking, referrals, and social platforms, to identify and engage high-caliber candidates.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding.
- Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and guide candidates through the recruitment process.
- Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and ensuring alignment on role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Foster strong relationships across teams to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Represent the organization as a trusted brand ambassador while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Leverage market knowledge to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and cost-per-hire.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
- Ensure adherence to all legal and organizational hiring guidelines.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and implement innovative practices in sourcing and hiring.
- Experience: 5–8 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, with a focus on senior and specialized roles.
- Skills: Expertise in using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders. Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter) are a plus.
