We Have an Urgent role of BI Data Engineer in Pune MH Note: Willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi onsite Primary Role We are looking for an experienced Data Warehouse (DWH) Data Modeler and Power BI expert with a proven track record to join our dynamic, customer-focused team as an onsite lead for our Middle East accounts. This role is ideal for a professional skilled in client-facing engagements, DWH and BI design, testing, and implementation activities. The successful candidate will have strong expertise in data modeling and Power BI, and will work closely with Solution Architects, Data Architects, DBAs, and customer stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with customer data teams to understand and analyze business and technical requirements, providing strategic guidance to design optimal data solutions. Develop enterprise-level DWH data models and Power BI dashboards. Lead onsite requirement analysis, design, and implementation in collaboration with customer stakeholders. Translate client business challenges into technical data warehousing and Business Intelligence solutions. Partner with internal engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation of proposed solutions. Stay up to date with the latest trends in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Cloud technologies. Mentor and train junior technical team members as required. Desired Skills Qualification • Graduation or Post Graduation in Engineering/Technology, Information Technology, or related field. Work Experience 5-7 years of experience, with a strong experience on DWH data modeling, Semantic Layer Creation and Power BI reporting Hands-on expertise in creating Semantic Data Models, Star and Snowflake Schemas, SCD1,2,3 modelling, and advanced SQL syntax. Solid experience working with relational databases such as MSSQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL. Proven ability to tackle various DWH data modeling challenges. Experience in the manufacturing domain is preferred but not required. Familiarity with SAP Datasets is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and communicate with stakeholders. Skilled in creating impactful proposals, technical diagrams, and presentations to clearly demonstrate the value and feasibility of proposed solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data solutions in a clear and concise manner. Experience collaborating with both customer and internal stakeholders
