Position: Business Development Manager Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office) Experience: 5+ years (K-12 Experience Mandatory) Language Proficiency: English and Telugu mandatory Salary Range: ₹6-8 LPA (Negotiable based on expertise) Job Type: Full-time Pre-requisite: Laptop Number of Vacancies: 10 Job Description: As a Business Development Manager at NNIIT , you will be at the forefront of our efforts to scale operations and drive revenue growth in the K9 and K12 education segments . This role demands strategic planning, leadership, and exceptional sales acumen to meet organizational goals. You will oversee a team of associates, spearhead high-value client engagements, and contribute to the long-term vision of the company. Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Market Analysis:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s market presence.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the Ed-tech industry.
  • Create and manage sales forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-value clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Engage in negotiations and present tailored solutions to address client needs effectively.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalations, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Team Leadership & Mentorship:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Business Development Associates and Senior Associates to achieve their targets.
  • Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to enhance team productivity.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Follow-ups:
  • Connect with the leads daily to engage with potential clients and assess their requirements.
Sales Execution:
  • Manage and participate in on-ground sales activities, such as educational conductions/events within Hyderabad , to drive enrolments.
  • Close high-value deals through effective communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
CRM & Reporting:
  • Oversee the use of CRM tools to track leads, monitor sales pipelines, and maintain accurate data.
  • Provide detailed reports to senior management, including progress updates, client feedback, and performance analysis.
Requirements: Educational Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA) is preferred.
Work Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, with a proven track record in the Ed-tech industry .
  • Strong background in the K9 and K12 education segments is mandatory.
Skillset:
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage high-pressure situations effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
  • Deep understanding of the K9 and K12 education landscape and market dynamics.
