- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of frontend engineers. Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Technical Leadership: Drive frontend architecture, ensure code quality, and oversee development processes for ReactJS and React Native applications.
- Project Delivery: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions, manage timelines, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Process Improvement: Implement Agile practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing to optimize workflows and system reliability.
- Innovation: Stay updated with the latest frontend and mobile trends, recommend tech upgrades, and lead proof-of-concept projects.
- React Expertise: Advanced knowledge of ReactJS (hooks, context API, Redux/MobX) and React Native for iOS/Android mobile apps.
- Frontend Architecture: Strong understanding of scalable UI design, performance optimization, and design patterns.
- Cloud Integration: Hands-on experience with AWS services (Amplify, Lambda, API Gateway) and CI/CD workflows.
- Leadership Experience: 2+ years managing teams and 5+ years in frontend development, including mobile and web applications.
- Startup/Tech Background: Experience in fast-paced environments with evolving product requirements is a plus.
