Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Sales Executive role at WCube in Ahmedabad, with flexibility for remote work. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, understanding customer needs, and presenting solutions to meet those needs. Qualifications

  • Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes and technologies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience in the technology industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Acquisition and Lead Generation
  • Conduct on-site visits to pitch WCube’s products and services to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to convert leads into active clients.
2. Field and Remote Sales Activities
  • Spend significant time in the field meeting clients and understanding their needs, while also managing virtual follow-ups from home.
  • Schedule and conduct 10-15 client meetings weekly, focusing on converting RFQs into purchase orders.
  • Regularly visit high-potential clients in industrial hubs and commercial areas.
3. Sales Target Achievement
  • Work toward weekly and monthly sales targets set by the Sales Manager, including RFQs generated, purchase orders secured, and revenue targets.
  • Focus on upselling and cross-selling WCube’s product categories, such as housekeeping consumables, pantry, and safety supplies.
4. Reporting and Coordination
  • Update the CRM system daily with client interactions, meeting outcomes, and sales progress.
  • Provide weekly reports to the Sales Manager summarizing field visits, client discussions, and performance against targets.
  • Collaborate with the centralized sourcing team to ensure RFQs are processed and POs are delivered on time.
5. Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Regularly check in with existing clients to identify additional business opportunities.
6. Market Research and Insights
  • Gather feedback from clients on products, pricing, and services, and share valuable insights with the Sales Manager.
  • Monitor competitor activities in the Ahmedabad region and suggest strategies to gain a competitive advantage.
7. Flexibility and Office Coordination
  • Work from home for administrative tasks, follow-ups, and virtual meetings.
  • Attend office occasionally for team meetings, training sessions, or strategy discussions as required by the Sales Manager.
8. Compliance and Ethics
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical sales practices during all client interactions.
  • Maintain accurate and professional communication with clients and internal teams.
Key Metrics for Success
  • Number of new leads generated and clients onboarded.
  • Achievement of monthly sales targets and RFQ-to-PO conversion rates.
  • Client meeting frequency and quality
  • Accuracy and timeliness of CRM updates and sales reports.
  • Client retention and satisfaction levels.
