Role Description Position : Quality Analyst(Manual + Automation) Type : Full-time on site We are looking for a skilled Quality Analyst(Manual + Automation) to evaluate and improve our product quality. In this role, you will work closely with our development and product teams to design and execute test plans, identify issues, and ensure that our products meet the highest standards. • Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications.
• Perform manual and automated testing to identify and document defects, issues, and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and design effective test strategies.
• Analyze test results, create detailed reports, and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to ensure quality is integrated throughout the development process.
• Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in quality assurance.
