We are looking for Senior Network Systems Engineer - L2 / L3 support (Microsoft Technologies) for our SaaS products at our Hyderabad office, who has worked hands-on with clients/users directly extending technical support and administration on End-user systems and servers/services. Responsibilities
- He must have hands-on experience of Microsoft tools (Outlook/AzureAD/InTune/SCCM),ITSM tools like ServiceNow and MDM tools like VMware/Blackberry etc
- Hands-on experience with End-point services like patch management/SSP/SSO/IAM tools.
- Using exceptional communication skills, he must identify, investigate and diagnose issues, resolve or assign the incident to right assignment group, provides resolution to employee based on in scope processes.
- Experienced in change management, onboarding new applications and tools is desirable
- Handson expertise on automation power shell scripts is an added advantage
- Reporting and analytics on spreadsheets.
- Hands on experience on Windows platforms (Win10/M 365/Azure), Remote management tools (UEMs)
- Certifications in ITIL/COBIT/MCSE desirable
