Job Summary - Role: GCC - Ticket Handling/BPO Education - HR Graduate Location – Sattva Global City, Global village Tech Park, Phase 2 Bldg. Mylasandra, RVCE Post, Mysore Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka - 560 059 Entry Level Opportunity Year of experience - 6 months - 3 Yrs CTC - 2.00- 5.00LPA Openings are for Commerce or HR background candidates with minimum of 6 month relevant experience. Contractual Position - Work in 24/7 shifts, rotational and split week off – Third Party Payroll 1 Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree or higher with a specialization in Human Resources 2 Excellent communication and writing skills are required 3 Experience in handling tickets inbound and outbound calls is essential 4 A minimum of six months to one year of relevant experience is necessary 5 At least six months in a voice process role or at least one year in an email or chat handling process 6 Candidates must be soft spoken and patient capable of answering 80 to 100 calls per day 7 Ability to respond to employee queries regarding payroll HR and company policies is required 8 Willingness to work in 24 7 shifts including rotational and split week off is necessary 9 The base location will be Global Village Kengeri Bangalore 10 This role requires full time work from the office remote working options are not available
