Job Title: Proposal/RFP Specialist – IT Staffing RFPs Location: Remote/Hybrid (India) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 3-5 Years About the Role: We are seeking a Proposal Writer with a strong background in responding to IT Staffing RFPs (Request for Proposals) in North America (USA and Canada). The ideal candidate will be skilled in identifying the right opportunities, analyzing RFPs, and crafting compelling and compliant proposals that align with our company's competencies and strengths. Key Responsibilities:

1. RFP Qualification and Analysis:

• Identify and evaluate relevant RFPs in the IT staffing domain from various portals and sources.
• Analyze the requirements of each RFP and assess alignment with the company's service offerings and capabilities.

1. Proposal Development:

• Plan, design, and structure the response documents based on RFP requirements.
• Utilize boilerplate content effectively while tailoring responses to meet specific client needs.
• Write clear, concise, and compelling content that highlights the company's value proposition.
• Address all RFP requirements, ensuring full compliance and completeness.

1. Formatting and Presentation:

• Format proposals professionally and consistently to meet submission standards and company branding guidelines.
• Develop visually appealing templates and graphics where required to enhance clarity and readability.

1. Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Delivery, HR, Finance, Legal/Contracts) to gather required inputs and insights for proposals.
• Engage cross functional, virtual teams to ensure accurate details.

1. Proposal Management:

• Manage multiple proposals simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Maintain a repository of reusable proposal content, templates, and case studies for efficiency in future responses.

• 3-5 years of proven experience in writing and managing responses to IT staffing RFPs in North America (USA and Canada).
• Strong understanding of the IT staffing industry, including technical roles, hiring models, and client needs.
• Ability to qualify RFPs based on strategic fit and ROI potential.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a focus on clarity, grammar, and conciseness.
• Experience in using boilerplate content while customizing responses to meet unique RFP requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other proposal development tools.

• Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze RFP requirements critically and align responses with company strengths.
• Detail-Oriented: Ensure compliance with technical, formatting, and submission requirements.
• Time Management: Ability to work on multiple proposals under tight deadlines.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to gather relevant information.
• Communication Skills: Excellent English writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in IT staffing services , especially in onshore, nearshore, and offshore models.
• Familiarity with proposal automation tools or CRM platforms.
• Understanding of industry compliance standards such as SOC2, or HIPAA (where applicable).
