We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts and Administration Executive in Malleswaram, Bangalore. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage company accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
- Follow up with customers for accounts receivables.
- Issue and maintain inventory of products to customers.
- Manage partner relations and handle repurchases from existing customers.
- Coordination and Conduction of Certification Exams through Remote Proctoring.
- Perform administrative tasks such as booking flight tickets and arranging accommodation for traveling employees.
- Commerce Graduate with 1 to 3 Years experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of Zoho software is preferred.
- Advanced Excel Certification and Power BI skills from Microsoft Preferred.
- Ability to create Presentations based on data and actionable insights for Senior Managment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
