Location: India (100% In-Office) Work Type: Full-Time What You’ll Do: As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will:

  • Design and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Create and maintain responsive, SEO-optimized websites using tools like WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research, technical SEO audits, and implement on-page optimizations.
  • Leverage CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot to manage leads and automate workflows.
  • Plan and produce high-quality content using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Grammarly for blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Analyze and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and Data Studio, providing actionable insights.
What We’re Looking For:Minimum Qualifications:
  • Experience: At least 2+ years of professional experience in digital marketing.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field.
REQUIRED Technical Skills:
  • SEO Tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz for keyword research and competitive analysis.
  • Analytics Tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, and Data Studio for tracking and reporting.
  • Social Media Tools: Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social for scheduling and monitoring campaigns.
  • PPC Platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager for paid campaigns.
  • Website Platforms: WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace for building and managing websites.
  • Content Tools: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator for content creation.
  • Email Marketing: Experience with Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign.
  • CRM Tools: Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):
  • Video Editing: Basic skills with Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
  • Marketing Automation: Familiarity with tools like HubSpot Marketing Hub or Marketo.
  • App Store Optimization (ASO): Knowledge of optimizing mobile apps for app stores.
  • Collaboration Tools: Experience with Trello, Asana, or Slack for project management.
