Responsibilities Spearhead lead generation by building and managing targeted lists for manufacturing, oil and gas, and mining sectors. Craft and execute compelling email campaigns to engage potential clients. Conduct strategic cold calls to initiate conversations with key decision-makers. Engage in insightful preliminary discussions to uncover and understand client security needs. Schedule qualified appointments for senior team members, setting the stage for high-level security discussions. Continuously refine outreach strategies based on market feedback and performance metrics. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with content strategy. Stay at the forefront of industrial cybersecurity trends, incorporating cutting-edge insights into your outreach efforts. Contribute to the development of sales strategies as the company grows and expands into new markets. Requirements Must have at least 4+ years experience in B2B sales or appointment setting, preferably in technology or industrial sectors. Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively. Genuine enthusiasm for technology and cybersecurity, with a hunger to learn about industrial security challenges. Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp and explain sophisticated technical ideas to diverse audiences. Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of achieving targets and thriving in a startup environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and modern sales tools. Adaptability and eagerness to grow with the company, potentially taking on expanded responsibilities as the business scales.
