As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for technical assistance and support within the organization. You will provide essential IT services to ensure the smooth operation of computer systems, software, and hardware. Your problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and customer-focused approach are critical in this role.Job Description:Handle technical support for daily operational tasks.Provide first-line technical support to internal users.Manage and monitor device stock and lifecycle.Liaise with outsourced IT support teams, ensuring timely resolution of issues.Assist users with Microsoft Office applications and ERP Next system queries.Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.Ensure IT assets are well-maintained and meet company standards.Assist in the onboarding process by setting up devices and accounts for new employees.Provide feedback and recommendations on potential IT improvements.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.Familiarity with ERP Next, Microsoft Azure, Office applications, and user management.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in managing and maintaining IT assets.Fresh graduate with a maximum of 2 years of experience in a related field.Fluent in English and Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Attention to detail, strategic thinking, and exceptional problem-solving skills.
