In 2024, we achieved over 10 million SAR in sales, and we plan to expand into a B2C model, allowing individual travelers to book accommodations directly on our platform. With a network of local offices in over 15 countries and deep expertise in the hospitality industry, we are committed to transforming the travel experience for agents, hoteliers, and pilgrims alike.

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Role Overview:

The COO will oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency across departments, aligning operations with strategic goals, and continuously enhancing the customer experience. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence and building scalable processes to support our expansion into the B2C market while maintaining a high standard of service for B2B partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's objectives and growth plans.

Oversee Operations, Customer Support, and HR teams to ensure seamless performance across all functions.

Build and maintain relationships with hotel partners in Makkah and Madinah, ensuring quality and compliance with service standards.

Lead process improvements and ensure resource optimization to drive operational efficiency.

Partner with the CEO and executive team to support business strategy, expanding the company's reach and capabilities.

Drive logistics, inventory, and customer service strategies to create a streamlined booking experience.

Monitor and refine performance metrics to assess operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Ensure effective budget management and resource allocation for operational departments.

Skills:

10+ years of experience in operations, with at least 5 years in senior management, ideally in the hospitality or travel industry.

Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to build and optimize processes in a fast-growing company.
