Job Responsibilities:Experience as QS for at least two years is a must.Taking quantities from the drawing.Preparing the material break up as per site condition.Collecting the information from project manager regarding the work plan.Measurements with Planswift for final take off.Preparing subcontractor payment certificate.Updating the bill of material based on changes.Filing the documents for future reference.Revising the BOM after clients variation approval.Preparing the scope of work for the subjected variation and BOQ.Required Skills:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Excellent negotiating, interpersonal skills and work ethics.Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
