Job details

To achieve operational excellence, minimize product loss, and ensure staff safety within the Company Distribution processes.Responsible for ensuring medications are stored in the correct manner.Keeping track of all necessary licenses both personal and company and keeping them updated as per DOH requirement.Documentation - Receiving consignment; check it as per DOH requirement.Shall manage controlled drugs as per DOH.Management of documentation archiving and record-keeping.Implement certifications/audits in the organization and adopt standard practices.Follow and implement standard operating policies and local legislation.Problem-solving, leading negotiations, and crisis management with necessary governmental and regulatory authorities as required.Managing DOH authority quality program (violations and excellence requirements) with respect to Drug Store practice.Responsible for supervising, receiving, warehousing, picking/packing, and dispatching.Responsible for day-to-day operations including operational workflow, scheduling, annual appraisals, regulatory compliance.Supervising staff and conducting storing procedures wherever necessary.Preparing the annual budget and plan for manpower requirements and controlling warehousing expenses.Ensuring the settlement of warehouse-related vendors/contractors' financial payments through the Finance Department, in line with the company's financial policies.Providing guidance and development to assigned staff and encouraging individual development, interviewing people, and hiring the right candidate.Ownership and responsibility for providing excellent customer service while running a smooth and efficient operation.Ensure proper, efficient, and maximum utilization of manpower and space.To supervise and help in maintaining and improving the efficiency & effectiveness of the company's logistics and supply chain operations.Implementing and formulating KPI's (key performance indicators).Qualification:DOH Pharmacist License or active DHA/MOH license (for conversion)At least 5 years experience in the same roleImmediate joiner are preferableWilling to travel onshore/offshore for visits
