We're seeking a motivated and organized HR cum Operations Manager to join our dynamic Business Center team. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our daily operations, while also overseeing all HR functions for our staff.Responsibilities:HR Management:Recruitment and onboarding of new staffEmployee relationsMaintaining employee recordsOverseeing payroll processing (where needed)Operations Management:Overseeing daily office operationsManaging facilities and ensuring a professional work environmentMaintaining office supplies and equipmentCoordinating with vendors and service providersShould be able to communication in English, Urdu, and HindiAbility to build strong relationships with staff, clients, and external partnersProactive and resourceful problem-solving skillsQualifications:Bachelor's degree (preferred)At least 1 year of experience working in HR and operations management in the UAEStrong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulationsProficiency in HR software and MS Office SuiteExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHaving your own valid UAE visa will be preferred
