Work Experience: 5.0 Year(s) To 10.0 Year(s)Responsibilities:Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers' expectations.Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.Oversee the manufacture of products, including materials procurement and vendor management, ensuring production, performance, and quality standards are consistently met.Prepare the shop production order, cut list & specify each machine load.Ensure all workers maintain productivity and stay on delegated tasks.Conduct quality checks including pre-weld, pre-surface treatment, and post-surface treatment.Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring load lists are accurate.Confer with Project Manager to coordinate activities with other organizational units and prioritize work product.Take steps to solve production problems and improve performance.Schedule all jobs loaded to the factory based on job complexity, machine limitations, material availability, and job priority.Follow up on all jobs during the fabrication processes to avoid any problems during shipping.Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.Share a trusting relationship with the workgroup and recruit, manage, and develop plant staff.Collect and analyze data to manage overtime.Address employees' issues or grievances and administer collective bargaining agreements.Review DWGs/BOM & check orders to ensure they match with machines limitations & material availability.Be responsible for production output, product quality, and on-time shipping.Interested candidates are requested to apply for this job.
