Work Experience: 8.0 Year(s) To 15.0 Year(s)Function: Production / Quality / MaintenanceEducation: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.Experience: 8 years' proven experience as a QA Engineer in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications:Fully familiar with ISO-9001-2015 Quality Management System.Expert knowledge of technical design processes, flowcharting techniques, and code compliance.Welding Knowledge (Preferred).International certification e.g., API/CSWIP will be preferred.Responsibilities:Ability to review/prepare/develop quality manuals.Ability to review/prepare/develop quality plans.Ability to develop quality procedures/ITPS/Checklists/Test reports.Ability to conduct Quality audits for construction/engineering/procurement.Ability to conduct Quality Toolbox talks/quality awareness/training sessions.Ability to verify the effectiveness of corrective action & risks mitigation to prevent NC recurrence.Ability to verify, via audits/surveillance, that the quality requirements of the Quality Plan and associated Quality Management System are being implemented and are effective.Maintain an audit schedule approved by the Quality Manager and participate in audits that are executed.Ability to close the audit reports and initiate recommendations to solve quality problems.Participate in meetings with clients/contractors and ensure adherence to Project Quality requirements.Interested candidates are requested to apply for this job.
