You love bringing collaborative authentic experiences to reality with imagination and creative flair, design innovation and looking for a great place to grow and test your mettle as part of a truly collaborative global team of creatives and help us create inspiring experiences for our clients.You relish the idea of partnering with creative directors and collaborate with global teams to bring an experience to life, adding your own creative DNA inspiration to a project, crafting immersive and engaging experiences to some of the world's biggest brands that exceed expectations.Restless curiosity and infectious enthusiasm for the industry, an experiential designer that is passionate about creating unique, progressive, and award-winning solutions for our clients.Key activities and responsibilitiesWork in partnership with Creative Directors and other senior creative teams to develop experiential solutions that are considered "best in class" bringing ideas to reality in a practical and timely manner.Create environmental design ideas for corporate events, brand activations, conferences, and trade shows, delivering different touch points with flair and consistency whilst understanding constraints and opportunities within client brand guidelines.Create detailed graphic visualization such as posters and collaterals that enhance any brand experience.Partner closely with experiential teams and develop collaborative partnerships to bring a big idea to life across a whole program whilst meeting project obligations and commitments.QualificationsMinimum of 2-4+ years' experience gained within the exhibition, events or experiential industry with a background in brand design, environmental, spatial and visual storytelling.An obsession with the latest trends in design, culture and innovation.A passion for finding the right balance of materials, space and light to create innovative and inviting spaces.Ability to integrate with various disciplines and collectively build presentation and graphic art works, including posters, collaterals and digital media.An understanding of a diverse range of art works, materials, finishes, graphic applications, and fabrication methods for environments.Convincing presentation skills and able to articulate a vision and the ideas they create.A keen sense of project flow, helping you identify project challenges and appropriate paths to resolution.Some visualization skills like hand sketching, Illustrator and Photoshop visualization.Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator or similar industry standard software.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as a collaborative team player supporting senior creatives and work under your own initiative when required.Strong ability to grasp ideas to produce inspiring creative solutions to a broad range of design challenges.Ability to manage the everyday details of multiple projects and deliver the highest quality output that meets budget constraints.Contribute to creative brainstorms, considerate and flexible.RelationshipsYou will be required to develop and maintain positive and progressive working relationships both internally and externally, in order to facilitate growth and integration across the business.SalaryThis role offers a competitive salary, dependent on experience. We operate a reward strategy based on our team members receiving a salary that best reflects their experience and skill level.Hours of work37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday and weekends as required. Must be able to travel overseas as required.Annual leaveOur holiday entitlement is 30 calendar days (23 working days) per annum plus statutory holidays declared by private sector.CriteriaWe require a CV and covering letter to accompany your application for this role.
