We're seeking a skilled Factory Supervisor to join us in Dubai!Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operations in the factory, including production, quality control, and safetySupervise and motivate factory workers to meet production targets and quality standardsAssign tasks and ensure that work is completed efficiently and accuratelyMonitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvementTrain new employees and provide ongoing coaching and development to team membersEnforce safety protocols and ensure that all workers comply with safety regulationsMaintain accurate records of production activities, including output, downtime, and quality metricsCollaborate with other departments, such as logistics and maintenance, to ensure smooth operationsHandle employee relations issues and performance management as neededRequirements:Previous experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment requiredStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goalsUnderstanding of production processes and quality control principlesKnowledge of safety regulations and best practicesProblem-solving and decision-making abilitiesProficiency in using computers and production softwareUAE residency or a valid work permit requiredJob SpecificationJoulia Adam (Recruiter) is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Factory Supervisor in the field of Management in one of their offices located in Dubai - United Arab Emirates.
