You will be a hands-on leader with strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team, and a commitment to continuous improvement. You will be responsible for monitoring workflows, managing resources, and ensuring that operational goals and targets are met.In this role, you will:Oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within quality standards;Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to achieve performance goals;Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, discuss challenges, and foster a collaborative environment;Monitor and optimise operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity;Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in operations;Identify areas for process improvement and work with the team to develop and implement solutions;Ensure the availability and proper functioning of tools, machinery, and technology needed for operations;Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and resource sharing;Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to evaluate team performance and operational efficiency;Prepare and present reports on operational performance to senior management;Address and resolve operational issues promptly to minimise downtime and disruptions;Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies;Maintain high standards of customer service by ensuring that operations meet or exceed customer expectations;Address and resolve customer complaints or issues related to operations;Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.Minimum Requirements:A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.Excellent understanding of sales techniques and strategies, particularly in a telesales environment;Excellent command of English & Arabic (verbal & written);Proficiency in call management software, CRM systems, and other sales management tools;Excellent knowledge of property markets;Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications;Awareness of Saudi market trends and competitive landscape.Excellent organisational and time management abilities;Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team;Exceptional customer service, communication and negotiation skills;Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;Approachability and friendly personality;Flexible and motivates others;Dealing with Ambiguity;Compassion and empathy;Personal learning and reflection.Team player with a strong ability to influence and interact at all levels, using both written and verbal communication.Benefits:High-performing and fast-paced work environment.Comprehensive Health InsuranceRewards and recognitionLearning & Development#BayutKSABayut is an equal-opportunity employer.
