CohnReznick currently has an exciting career opportunity in the Commercial Real Estate team for a Tax Senior Associate to be located in our Los Angeles or Woodland Hills, office in a Hybrid or Virtual capacity. CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to alternate time between both remote and office. YOUR ROLE. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Work with a team to meet various department deadlines throughout the year
- Assist with the process and review of 1065 tax returns
- You will gain the respect and confidence of the CohnReznick team through effective client management, timely and accurate communication, and clear and concise direction and leadership.
- Other Ad Hoc projects as needed
- BS/BA accounting preferred
- MST and CPA preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years tax experience in a public accounting firm
- Commercial Real Estate industry experience preferred
- Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships
- Strong tax research and writing skills
- Proven technical skills with MS Office to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Competence with tax compliance and research software to include Go Systems, BNA portfolio and projection, CCH, RIA
- Solid project management and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multi-task
