Job Details A small, dynamic plaintiff law firm in South Florida is seeking an ambitious Associate Attorney to join our First Party Practice Group. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven attorney with at least 1 year of experience in first party property litigation, looking to make an impact in a fast-paced environment. What We're Looking For: Experience: Minimum of 1 year in first party property litigation. We welcome attorneys transitioning from defense to plaintiff practice. Entrepreneurial Mindset: We’re seeking someone hungry, proactive, and ready to hustle. The ideal candidate will thrive on building client relationships and growing their own book of business. Team Player: You’ll initially take on cases generated by the partners, but we expect you to eventually bring in your own cases and clients. Remote Role: This is a remote position; however, candidates must hold a valid Florida Bar license.
