Join us for an unforgettable experience at Procter & Gamble’s Standout Emerging Leaders Camp! This all-expenses-paid, three-day trip to P&G’s global headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio, is designed for our top candidates. Discover what P&G stands for, meet our leaders, explore our brands, and learn about the impactful careers we nurture. You’ll connect with ~200 exceptional candidates from across the country, and you’ll have the chance to interview for a Sales internship for Summer 2026. The camp will be held in August 2025.

Job Qualifications

If you are a good fit:
  • You should be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in your sophomore year of an undergraduate program
  • You must have and maintain high academic standards within your institution (considered in the top 20% of academic peers)
  • You should have proven analytical thinking and skills
  • You should have an external focus and a real passion for strategic selling
  • You must be willing to travel and relocate throughout your career
  • You must Have a valid Driver's License
Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience. At P&G compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Total rewards at P&G include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits.
