Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst (Immediate Joiner) Experience: 6+ Years Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with over 6 years of proven experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in gathering business requirements, process mapping, and translating them into Salesforce solutions, along with in-depth knowledge of Salesforce functionalities and configurations. This is an immediate joiner role, so we are looking for candidates who can start quickly. Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering : Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements, document user stories, and ensure clear communication of business needs.
- Salesforce Configuration : Translate business requirements into Salesforce configurations, workflows, and automation using tools such as Process Builder, Flows, and Lightning Components.
- Functional Specifications : Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and documentation for Salesforce development teams.
- Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and the Salesforce technical team, ensuring alignment on objectives and priorities.
- Process Mapping & Optimization : Analyze existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to optimize processes using Salesforce.
- Testing & UAT Support : Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), perform system testing, and assist in debugging and resolving issues.
- Training & Support : Provide end-user training and post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption of Salesforce solutions.
- Salesforce Updates : Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and updates, and recommend solutions that improve business efficiency.
- Experience : Minimum 6 years of experience working as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce implementations and configurations.
- Salesforce Certifications : Must have at least one Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, etc.).
- Salesforce Knowledge : Solid understanding of Salesforce platform, including Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and integrations with other systems.
- Business Analysis : Strong experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and mapping.
- Technical Acumen : Understanding of Salesforce development and integration concepts.
- Stakeholder Management : Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Methodology : Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Process Optimization : Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions that improve business workflows.
- Salesforce Development Knowledge : Experience working with Salesforce development teams or understanding of Apex and Visualforce.
- CRM Expertise : Strong knowledge of CRM principles and best practices.
- Project Management : Experience working in project management environments (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum methodologies).
