Greetings from OCS Group!! Hiring for the role of Banquet Executive Work Location: Kerala - Trivandrum (Looking for candidates who are currently in Kerala) Experience: Min 2+ Years in F&B Education: Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management Responsibilities:
- Assist in greeting and seating guests.
- Assist in supervising the team in providing quality service to the guests.
- Ensure that orders are taken clearly and accurately
- Serve food and beverage to guests
- Ensure that the working areas are well maintained.
- Participate in the daily briefings of the department as well as monthly meetings to discuss the various aspects of service.
- Maintain hygienic food service techniques during service.
