Discover our vision and the impact we’re making at forsysinc.com Job Summary: The Director - Salesforce, will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce-related projects and services. This role involves managing a team of Salesforce professionals, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing one/multiple program managers/engagement managers
- Client program leadership management, escalation point for a program
- Reviews and guide program teams on complex development projects
- Leads and mentor for internal teams
- Provide subject matter expertise for the Customer CPQ/CLM and Digital Commerce platform, Forsys products
- Lead ongoing research and assessment of new analysis approach for Forsys
- Organizing training to improve employees' knowledge and skills for future account & organization growth
- Travel as required by business.
- At least 15 years of experience in Program Management with experience in customer relation and business development
- Minimum of 10+ years of Salesforce CPQ/CLM/Oracle experience
- Exposure to ERP and application landscape and interdependencies along with an understanding of data and information flows preferred Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, troubleshooting, and analytical skills to setup and interpret logic, data, and rule relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated listening, analytical, organizational, and time management skills Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies as well as product management framework
- Extensive experience in risk management, with a track record of identifying and mitigating project risks
- Strong Decision making skills with ability to analyse complex information and make sound judgement
- Strong Organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on Strategic goals
