SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: As a leading member of the APAC Internal Recruitment team, the Talent Acquisition Associate is a trusted talent advisor with key, internal hiring managers, which includes understanding the business, culture, and talent acquisition needs across APAC for the Research + Administrative + Corporate divisions; sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through the interview process; and as the subject matter expert, provide consultative guidance and advice on recruitment best practices.
- The Talent Acquisition Associate plays a critical role in helping the organization attract, engage, and retain top talent to fuel company growth.
- Full cycle recruiting. Including sourcing, presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, background and reference checks, closing, and administrative components.
- Collaborate with internal hiring managers to understand position needs, clearly define candidate criteria and develop corresponding strategy.
- Lead targeted recruitment strategies to source qualified candidates that meet the DHR Global profile and build candidate pipeline to support current and future Internal Recruitment needs.
- Initiate first-round candidate contact, network with referral sources and effectively communicate the opportunity to contacted individuals.
- Successfully communicate each candidate's experience and qualifications for the opportunity and develop a strategy with the hiring manager on search strategy and process for potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders by providing superior candidate care, including clearly defining position requirements and recruiting process, timely updates on progress, interview preparation and debriefing.
- Provide recruiting updates to hiring managers and stakeholders and escalate issues in a timely fashion.
- Experience to hire across the APAC region, largely covering South Korea, Japan, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, India.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and detailed planning and project management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communications skills.
- The ability to develop long-lasting and professional relationships to build personal networks within diverse industries.
- Experience in delivering high quality internal and external client service.
- Experience working in a team environment, with the ability to partner with colleagues while also working independently.
- A service attitude coupled with a sense of urgency and tenacity.

- Outstanding database and Internet research skills and a broad knowledge of business information sources.
