You’ll use your technical skills, strategic thinking, and a people-first approach to optimize processes and strengthen connections. Key Responsibilities:
- Streamlining HR Processes:
- Manage employee records, optimize databases, and refine workflows to improve efficiency.
- Policy Champion:
- Address internal employee concerns with empathy and expertise while fostering a positive, inclusive work culture. You will be the collaboration champion.
- Innovative Problem Solver:
- Lead HR projects to improve operations, create effective process charts, and streamline collaboration between teams in India and the US.
- Tech-Driven Efficiency:
- Use tools like Google Sheets , Lucidchart , and process management software to enhance HR processes, visualize workflows, and manage operational tasks effectively.

- Act as the vital link between India’s operations and recruiting teams and the technical and management teams in the US, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.

- You have proven experience in HR roles, particularly with US HR operations.
- Your technical skills include proficiency in Google Sheets , Lucidchart , and other process management tools to drive efficiency and visualization.
