Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their business needs and collecting requirements for configuration. Design and Configuration : Design and configure the UKG Pro WFM solution based on policy/HR requirements. This involves setting up features like time tracking, scheduling, and absence management. Implementation : Lead and assist in the implementation process. Ensure that the system is correctly installed, configured, and integrated with existing systems. Solution Setup and Deployment : Set up, present, and implement the solution. Responsible for configuration design, build, testing, and deployment activities Testing and Quality Assurance : Perform testing to validate the solution’s functionality, identifying and resolving any issues. Training and Support : Conduct training sessions for end-users, helping them understand how to use system effectively. Additionally, provide ongoing support to address any user queries or system-related issues. Monitoring and Troubleshooting : Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions to ensure smooth operations.
