Labware LIMS Developer is responsible for developing, configuring, and supporting the LabWare Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). This role involves working closely with laboratory personnel, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the LIMS meets the needs of the organization. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- LIMS Configuration and Development: Customize and configure LabWare LIMS to meet specific laboratory requirements. Develop and maintain LIMS workflows, templates, and reports.
- System Integration: Integrate LIMS with other laboratory instruments and enterprise systems. Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
- User Support and Training: Provide technical support to LIMS users. Conduct training sessions and create user documentation.
- Project Management: Manage LIMS implementation and upgrade projects. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the LIMS functions as expected. Address any issues or bugs promptly.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the LIMS complies with relevant regulatory standards (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11, GMP, GLP).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in LabWare LIMS configuration and scripting, including LIMS Basic, Lot Manager, Folder Manager, Visual Workflows, Event Triggers, and Automation Scripts .
- Knowledge of SQL, Oracle, and other database management systems. Experience with Java, Unix scripting, and Crystal Reports is a plus .
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in LIMS implementation, and development.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with laboratory processes and regulatory requirements.
- Certifications : LabWare LIMS Administration and ELN certification.
