INTRODUCTION: We are the #1 FitTech provider for businesses globally and are rapidly expanding our presence in India with a new office in Hyderabad. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Global People Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will be based in Hyderabad, with the flexibility to work both remotely and in the office for three days a week, including some overlap with U.S. hours. You will report to the Hyderabad People Operations Director and be a crucial member of our Global People Experience team, which spans North America, Europe, and India. As our Global People Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing hands-on leadership in supporting the growth of our Europe and APAC regions while ensuring a seamless experience for our local Hyderabad employees. This role will require deep expertise in global People Operations, an ability to manage complex processes, and a commitment to fostering a positive and equitable global employee experience. *All applicants must be able to work from our local Hyderabad office 3-4Days a week WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Lead the onboarding and offboarding processes for Europe and APAC team members, including Hyderabad hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Provide ongoing benefits support for Europe and APAC regions, helping team members navigate and maximize their benefits packages.
- Act as an on-site HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the Hyderabad office, offering guidance and support to local employees and managers.
- Collaborate with global People Operations on performance development and management , ensuring a consistent and effective approach.
- Take ownership of global People policies , employee handbooks, and HR compliance, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with local laws and best practices.
- Support Learning & Development initiatives for the Hyderabad site, coordinating training programs and development opportunities.
- Lead the global People Help Desk , managing the Jira ticket system to ensure prompt responses and resolutions to People Operations inquiries.
- 10+ years of experience in People Operations, with a strong focus on HR compliance, benefits, and employee relations.
- At least 3+ years supporting global People Operations , with hands-on experience in managing processes across multiple regions.
- Proven expertise with global benefits administration, including Europe and APAC regions.
- Experience using Workday HRIS and managing an HR ticketing system like Jira .
- Strong knowledge of global HR policies and compliance , with the ability to adapt policies to local contexts.
- Experience with creating and maintaining employee handbooks for global teams.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage complex HR processes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across regions and time zones.
- Flexibility to work hybrid hours in Hyderabad, with overlap to accommodate U.S. time zones.
- Experience in a global SaaS or tech company, particularly in a fast-growing environment.
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR, GPHR).
- Familiarity with Learning & Development programs and tools.
- Experience supporting the Hyderabad region, with knowledge of local HR practices and employment laws.
- Proven track record of leading and implementing global performance development and management processes.
